We present yoga and meditation classes that are based on developing awareness of body and mind. Scientific research is providing ample evidence of the value of this awareness in improving your health and quality of life. If you wish to go deeper, this very same awareness leads to liberating insights and a greater ability to live and love fully and fearlessly.
