Dynamic Vinyasa Flow
Every Sunday 10:30-11:30 am
This style of yoga is designed to challenge the body, while quietening the mind,
using an intelligently sequenced series of postures that synchronise the breath.
We’ll build heat and energy in the body through sun salutations and creative flows,
before stretching everything out with slower-paced floor work. Energising and
playful, Sarah’s class will leave you feeling lighter and more grounded. No need to
book, just show up! All levels welcome.
