Teacher: Hannah Jackson

With a focus on feel and body awareness, Hannah brings elements of her dance background and her love of physical movement into her yoga classes. Come and explore how you can move and discover what your body can do as you breathe and flow, hopefully finding some fun and laughter along the way!
