Immerse yourself in an hour of calm as we connect mind, body and breath. Vinyasa yoga is a flowing form of yoga that centres around the synchronisation of breath with movement. The breath guides the practitioner through a sequence of asanas (postures) designed to open, expand and stimulate the body, whilst allowing the mind and senses to inwardly withdraw.

Teacher: Henrietta Greene
Having competed in rowing at an elite international level as a teenager, and practised yoga since around the age of 13, movement and sport have always been a central part of Henrietta’s life. So, in early 2015 Henrietta liberated herself from the constraints of an office environment and travelled to India to complete her yoga training in vinyasa yoga, realising a lifetime ambition. Henrietta is now also a certified instructor of Broga®, yoga for pregnancy and Yoga Bananas® children’s yoga. Through her teaching, Henrietta hopes to bring the joy of physical activity and movement to as wide a range of people as possible, whilst also introducing the other, often overlooked aspects of yoga, such as breathing, meditation and mindfulness. When not teaching, Henrietta quickly and enthusiastically dives into her other great passion – cooking and food, and can be found in her tiny south London kitchen cooking vast quantities of nourishing and wholesome foods to feed whoever she can find willing to eat.
