This class will be suitable for those who are fairly new to yoga and for people wanting a gentler practice. The class brings mindfulness to postures, breath awareness, relaxation and meditation and you will begin to develop a feel for ‘yoga’.

Class Teacher – Gaby Sancisi
A diploma graduate of the British Wheel of Yoga, Gabriella has been studying yoga for twenty years and teaching for ten.Her teaching style emphasises calmness combined with strength and attention to postural detail.
As well as teaching yoga professionally, Gabriella is an artist working out of her studio in Hackney and has exhibited her work nationally and internationally for many years.
In addition, she has a successful track record in business administration, and as well as teaching yoga is the finance manager of the ZenYoga team.
