About the Class

This class consists of a sequence of slow flowing movements, combined with awareness of the breath, to get energy flowing through the body, and then staying in longer held poses. It is suitable for all levels, though there will be some challenging aspects to the class.

Class Teacher – Jenny Fleming

My teaching comes from a Sivananda base and yet is influenced by vinyasa flow and other yoga styles and teachers that I have worked with over the years, including Faustomaria Dorelli and Rod Stryker.

As a teacher I am continually learning from each new student that comes to my class. I combine a love of movement with emphasis on the breath along with longer held poses, where appropriate, and some pranayama.

My aim is to give my students more self-confidence, knowledge and in inner awareness to develop their own practice at home.
