Morning Vinyasa Flow with Sophie
Every Friday 7-8 am from 4th August
Join Sophie at Zen Yoga Camberwell to get your weekend off to the best possible start! You can expect an energetic class with juicy flows to stretch and strengthen mind and body – working on opening our hips and heart spaces, and all set to an uplifting playlist. The class is open to all levels, including beginners, with all mats and props provided.

About Sophie Pierre-Davis
Since completing her 200hr yoga teacher training with Yoga London, Sophie now teaches studio classes and private sessions across London. Having experienced the benefits of yoga first-hand, Sophie is keen to share the practice with as many people as possible. Focusing on bringing the attention to the breath and the overall internal environment, Sophie seeks to guide students in stilling their minds, to notice their own body and their own presence. This awareness that can so often be lost in hustle and bustle of city life. By syncing breath with movement, we create a moving meditation that not only benefits the mind and body, but also the soul. Practising with Sophie, you can expect a fun and welcoming class, focused on safe alignment and rooted in yogic philosophy.
