About the class
The Power of Vinyasa combines power yoga with the flow of a vinyasa sequence to bring students a dynamic yet light-hearted practice. This carefully created fusion increases energy levels with fun flows whilst more static postures provide a grounding energy to the sequence and help to stretch and lengthen muscles. During each class the body will open up, releasing any tension and leaving students feeling totally revitalised. Elements of mindfulness are also communicated throughout encouraging students to find space in their mind as well as in their body.

About the teacher
Known for her welcoming approach, Sarah teaches power and vinyasa yoga in the hope of bringing both yogis and non-yogis alike a way of adding some me-time into their busy schedules. Her classes are fun and dynamic yet suitable for all levels. She ensures everyone experiences success during their practice so that they leave feeling uplifted yet totally relaxed. After experiencing the power of yoga herself, Sarah is passionate about sharing this ancient art form with others and hopes that she can reconnect people to their body and bring a since of happiness and positivity into their lives along the way!
