Hatha Yoga Flow with Larissa

Every Friday 7.15-8.15 pm

PLEASE NOTE,  no class on 1st July as there will be Women Zen Space with Aga.

 

This class is suitable for all levels – Pre-booking is recommended, however, drop-ins are also welcome.

A balanced yoga class to bring balance to the body ready for the weekend ahead. Starting off with a gentle flow to awaken the body and release any tension, and winding down with some restorative poses.

Through a combination of yoga postures, fluid movements, breathwork, mudras and relaxation, students can improve their overall physical and mental well-being. The final part of the class incorporates elements of restorative poses or yoga nidra (yogic sleep/guided meditation) leaving the body feeling restored and relaxed at the end of the week.

This is a friendly class, suitable for all levels, where everyone is welcome to join in!

ABOUT LARISSA

Larissa started practicing yoga about fifteen years ago when she discovered the Sivananda Yoga Centre. She quickly fell in love with how yoga made her feel, especially searching for calm in a busy London lifestyle. She completed her teacher training with internationally renowned teacher Bridget Woods Kramer. Bridget’s teaching is based on Anusara Yoga, which is a style of Hatha with a strong focus on alignment.

Studying with Bridget helped Larissa take her connection with yoga even further, with the aim of inspiring others around the many benefits of a daily practice. Since then she has developed her love for a more mindful practice and has studied yin, restorative and qigong – weaving them more into her classes.
