We will ease into practice with slow movements to cultivate breath awareness, followed by a flow of empowering and invigorating postures to leave us feeling energised for the day ahead.
Suitable for anyone looking to build strength, increase flexibility, release tension, focus the mind or generally improve their sense of wellbeing.

About the teacher
I found yoga during a period in my life where I felt disconnected and unable to cope with what was happening around me. Simply taking the time to breathe and listen to my body, allowed me to slow down, reconnect with myself and begin to find some peace of mind. I soon realised that the benefits I experienced were something I wanted to share, which is what I have been doing since completing my teacher training in Indonesia.
