From the 21st April, every Fridays 7-8pm
End the week with a candlelit slow flow sequence designed to relax the body and
mind. With a focus on transitioning between poses and connecting with the breath to
start the weekend feeling revitalised.

about the teacher
Courtenay discovered the benefits of a regular yoga practice as a way to bring focus and a sense of calm to everyday life. She trained with Yoga London and focuses on creating energy through flowing sequences. She is also interested in how we take our yoga practice off the mat and explores this in her classes.
Courtenay also holds a Thursday morning class, 7-8 am, at Zen Yoga Camberwell.
