About the class

Flow Yoga classes cover strength, flexibility, alignment, balance, relaxed mind, fun, calmness, focus and power. 
The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as we flow from one pose to the next in a smooth way or as we sink deeper into the pose. Throughout each class various options are offered to suit every level or ability so everybody is welcome. You will find yourself feeling confident to try out or build up to new postures with appropriate guidance.
Regular practice improves strength, flexibility, posture, balance, concentration and tranquillity. Expect to feel energised after class.

About the teacher

RinaForLogoRina started practicing yoga four years ago when another student friend from her dance class recommended Yoga to aid with flexibility.  She soon realised the power of Yoga not only to improve strength and flexibility but to relax and free the mind from all the clutter and stress.

Rina got hooked and continued to practice Yoga up to a point where she decided to become a YMCAFit Level 3 Certified Yoga Instructor and started teaching Yoga, sharing her experience and helping others to discover the true Mind, B
ody and Spirit benefits of Yoga.
