About the class
Start the morning with energising sun salutations to gently wake the body and bring
focus to the breath. We’ll set an intention for our day and connect our body and
breath through a flowing sequence.

About the teacher: Courtenay Howe
Courtenay discovered the benefits of a regular yoga practice as a way to bring focus and a sense of calm to everyday life. She trained with Yoga London and focuses on creating energy through flowing sequences. She is also interested in how we take our yoga practice off the mat and explores this in her classes.
