Using creative sequencing to link mindful, alignment-focused movement with breath awareness, Taz nurtures a playful approach to practice and a chance to connect with your true self both on and off the mat.
Her approach is non-dogmatic and draws on a variety of styles and influences, encouraging you to explore your practice and find your own definition of yoga.
There’s something for everyone – whether you’re dipping a toe in the water or you’ve already dived in.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Taz is passionate about yoga as a positive life force and seeks to help her students cultivate a sense of compassion for themselves, and for other beings.
She was first introduced to the practice when she began attending classes at the local gym as part of a fitness regime – a chance to stretch out and switch off after an intensive training session. She soon found a magic in consistent practice and began to connect with the non-physical aspects, realising that it was less about switching off and more about switching on.
She believes the real yoga is the one we hold in our pockets and not what happens on the mat.
