Class description: Expect to sweat it out in a fun, fast-flowing, prana-filled yoga class, and discover the magic yoga can work on the mind as well as the pelvic floor. For all bodies and all abilities, flexibility irrelevant. If you can breathe for an hour, you’re qualified.

Farah is a London-based 200-hour RYT, trained under Erin Prichard at The Power Yoga Co. Yoga teaching is her passion project, alongside a career as a sub editor at PORTER magazine. Her style draws on this creativity and precision, for a strong, dynamic, breath-led vinyasa flow. Her classes challenge and support students of all abilities to go further than they anticipate, and dispel the myth that touching your toes is a prerequisite. Expect to leave sweatier and happier in body and mind.
