Nothing like a deeply nourishing SOUND immersion & joy-filled SONG circle to replenish your batteries & nurture a bright, warm & expansive heart ~

“Thank you for creating such a warm and safe environment, I really enjoyed it !” Harriet

We’ll begin by diving into DEEP REST with a delicious sonic landscape, inviting healing vibrations of SOUND & MUSIC to wash over you & dance the molecular make-up of your whole being into balance. This state of deep relaxation not only kindly supports our immune system, but also helps to free up mental & emotional tensions & facilitates free expression.

We’ll continue seamlessly through guided meditation & into Sounding practices to open the voice, simple MANTRA (call/response) both in Sanskrit & English, a round or a fun SONG, all accompanied by LIVE guitar ~

“It was a pleasure to take part. I loved the way you structured the experience & the guitar & singing were sublime.” Clare

We all know music lifts our heart & shifts our mood, triggering those FEEL GOOD VIBES! Using our own sung voice is like giving ourselves a soothing inner massage, especially enjoyed at our heart centre, Anahata Chakra  ~ Sounding also helps us to exhale more fully, making space for each new, deeper, revitalising breath. And there’s nothing like joining our voices together to feel connected & joyful!

And a note here, we all have a VOICE – these sessions are about kindly exploring together without judgment ~ and & a safe place to come & let go of any ‘I can’t sing’ inner chatter ~ you are welcome to sit back & listen at any point too.

“I so enjoyed the song circle. It had unexpected moments of incredible
sound that made me feel calm and connected to everyone in the room. It
was an uplifting experience and I floated out of there…”  Sarah J

Come stretch your boundaries, sing your sweetheart out & tap into the expanding energy of the returning Sun & renewal of SPRINGTIME!

Rosalind’s classes incorporate some seasonal approaches to yoga – working with poses, themes and meridians that support and align the body to the season we are in, and encourage our own self-care.

All levels welcome and no previous experience required
