This is a gentle yoga practice for all levels.

ABOUT GABI BURY

Gabi came to yoga in the early years of motherhood, it helped her to rediscover herself.

Her classes incorporate asana (physical yoga postures), breath work (pranayama) and relaxation and she strives to make the practice available to all abilities.

Gabi has completed her 200hs YTT under Senior teacher Bridget Woods Kramer and 50hs Yin Yoga with Norman Blair, she has also trained with Yogabeez in Children’s Yoga.
