Yogabliss hatha yoga classes combine both dynamic and relaxing elements of yoga through work on postures, breathing, flowing sequences and guided relaxation. The teaching is supportive and responsive to your needs, helping you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Particularly suited to beginners and intermediate practitioners. Drop-in £10.

the teacher: Kanwal Ahluwalia
Kanwal has been practising yoga for 16 years and teaching since 2010. She was drawn to yoga as a way of keeping a centre of gravity whilst doing a busy job working on women’s and girls’ human rights overseas. Sensing that there was more to yoga than simply ‘keeping fit’ she was drawn to the connection between the mind, body and spirit and embarked on a teacher training course in 2010. Kanwal is a member of the Independent Yoga Network.
