Join Floriana for a Free Taster Embodiment session incorporating somatic movement and yoga practices to get you attuned to your inner life. A mix of ancient wisdom and modern practices, around building a strong sense of self. This is a free session, all participants will be required to take part in feedback that will be used to inform future course content. Floriana’s actor training gave her the tools and dedicated time to look inward, understand energetic practices and how to really listen to themselves and others. Travelling to India to learn more about Vedic Philosophy and Sound Healing whilst doing Yoga teacher training allowed her to investigate even deeper into the mind-body connection.
Floriana doesn’t believe everyone should have to take a year out of their life or travel across the world to find more inner peace. So, she’d like to share a mix of ancient wisdom and modern practices, around building a strong sense of self, with you.
