Friday Flow with Lizzie

Every Friday 11:30-12:30

Please note, no classes on 22nd and 29th March, as well as on April 5th. 

Round off the week with a grounding flow, joining Lizzie on the mat for a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama (breathwork) and deep relaxation as you let go for the hour. Lizzie will invite you to build heat through asanas (poses), before winding down to mindful meditation, and offers adjustments for those who enjoy them.

This class welcomes all levels into a safe and judgment-free space, with options for those new to yoga practice and those seeking their next challenge.

ABOUT LIZZIE

PHOTOLizzie’s movement practice began when she was introduced to ballet at age 7. She went on to train in many styles of dance, before discovering the holistic benefits of yoga that captured her spirit.

After practising yoga for many years, Lizzie was inspired to deepen her knowledge through teacher training, and is particularly passionate about the beauty it can offer not only for the body, but also for the mind and soul. Finding internal and external connections and creating moments of peace for yogis of all levels is central to her practice.

Lizzie did her 200 hours Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training at Spirit Sadhana, Barcelona, under the tutelage of Adeline Boissard and Johanna McElfresh – she is accredited with Yoga Alliance.
