A good morning Friday flow! Come and energise yourself by connecting breath and movement in a dynamic vinyasa practice. We will move through a grounding flow to build heat and create space in both the physical body and the mind, before winding down into relaxation. This is a friendly and non-judgemental space where people can challenge their edges at their own pace.

This class welcomes all levels, giving options for those newer to the practice and those wanting to find extra fire.

HEADSHOTSuze is a contemporary dance artist living in London. Movement has always been both a passion and a necessity – a way to find balance and create space in the mind. Her awareness of the body will help each individual understand how to move in a way that lengthens, strengthens and challenges. Suze’s intention is to be inclusive and welcoming to people of all abilities and experience, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for your practice. Expect to breathe through flows to a playlist, leaving you feeling grounded and energised.
