This is a faster paced vinyasa flow class. Expect creative playful sequences, guided by the breath. Set to a fun playlist. This class is designed to be a little challenging at times, but always remember, anything is possible! All levels are welcome.

Class Teacher – Katie Pearson

Katie started practising yoga around 7 years ago in tandem with a busy career in TV.

Initially it was for the physical benefits, however the spiritual and mental elements were soon thrown into the mixer and that is when she realised there was this whole new positive  dimension to it that made her feel great and kept her calm during stressful times.

Katie is a 500hr certified teacher in Ashtanga and Vinyasa with Sampoorna Yoga in India. She teaches a lighthearted fast-paced vinyasa flow.

Expect to sweat, laugh, fall over, but be endlessly reminded to breathe during one of her dynamic classes.
